Nepal is known as a nation of Himalayans. This is land of the highest peak called Mount Everest. Great Himalayan Trails section of Nepal is 1700 kilo meters elongated. Great Himalayan Trails starts from the belt of Kanchenjunga Himalayan that lies in the border of Nepal – Sikkim and its finale point is in Humla district nearby Tibetan border of western Nepal.

So, Great Himalayan Trails is not entirely opened as some of the political borders are not clear-cut. As a result it is open as a five country connecting trail. Great Himalayan Trait route doesn’t engage straightforward itineraries but it merges trek trails which is similar to the Base Camp treks like Everest, Annapurna, Langtang and numerous into one gigantic trekking tour. According to the itinerary of Robin Boustea, the Great Himalayan Trail of Nepal takes 157 days. 157 days is really a lengthy and more expensive thus it is not a normal type of trekking trail.

Day 03: Trek to Somdang (3258 m) 6hrs
Day 04: Trek to Tipling (1890 m ) 7 hrs   
Day 05: Trek to Lapa Khola (1258 m) 5.5 hrs
Day 06: Trek to Nauban Kharka (2750 m) 7hrs
Day 07: Trek to Kerauja (2074 m) 7.5 hrs
Day 08: Trek to Jagat (1340m) 6.5 hrs
Day 09: Trek to Philim (1570 m) 4 hrs
Day 10: Trek to Deng (1860 m) 5 hrs
Day 11: Trek to Namrung (2630m) 5 hrs
Day 12: Trek to Sama (3520 m) 6 hrs
Day 13: Rest day
Day 14: Trek to Larkye Base Camp (4460 m) 3 hrs
Day 15: Trek to Bimtang (3590 m) 8-10 hrs
Day 16: Trek to Dharapani (1865 m) 7hrs
Day 17: Trek to Chame (2675 m) 5 hrs
Day 18: Trek to Pisang (2675 m) 4hrs
