Leave Pokhara early in the morning after breakfast and take 2hrs of drive to Damauli. It is the check- in point for Seti River Rafting. Equip yourself with the rafting gears like lifejacket and helmet.  Listen carefully to the safety advice and precautions from your rafting guide. Learn the basics about rafting and then you are ready for the ultimate thrill of white water rafting. Pass through the forested canyon. Enjoy the wildlife view and engage in bird watching. Take lunch and experience technical rapid near Saranghat village. This is middle hill village of Magar ethnics who are known for their bravery. Stay overnight in a camp near river bank.

Day 02: Raft from Riverside Camp to Gaighat, Drive to Chitwan or Kathmandu
Set off for the raft. Accept the challenge posed by the Grade 3 rapids. Exit from Seti River and arrive at Trisuli River. Notice the scenery that shifts from hills to Terai. Take lunch and explore ashrams in Devhgat. The check- out point is at Gaighat. You have a choice to either return back to Kathmandu or go for nearby Chitwan National Park or drive to Pokhara.
